The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No.39) Order 2024 " authorising the stopping up of an unnamed bell mouth east of the A2691 Mount View Street at Bexhill in the District of Rother. This is to enable development as permitted by Rother District Council under references, RR/2015/1760/P, RR/2016/3245/P and RR/2022/2477/P.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5833). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Rother District Council, Town Hall, London Road, Bexhill-on-Sea, TN39 3JX.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 20 December 2024.
