Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 23 December 2024, there was transferred by Enrico Vitali to Bluegem II GP LP all of the interest currently held by him in Bluegem II LP, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP015647, and Enrico Vitali ceased to be a limited partner in Bluegem II LP with effect from that date.
