Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 23 December 2024, each of the following limited partners has transferred its interest as a limited partner in PE 2022-25 CO-INVEST LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP022437, to PE Holdings 2024 LLC, which has been admitted as a new limited partner in the Partnership.

4. Rutger Vos;

5. Justin Pabst;
