EUROPEAN PROPERTY INVESTORS SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES 4 LP

Transfer of Partnership Interests

Notice is hereby given that on 31 December 2024 (the "Effective Date"), each of Partners Group Access 640 L.P. ("Transferors 1") and Partners Group Two Pillars Access, L.P. Inc. ("Transferor 2", together with Transferor 1, the "Transferors") transferred the whole of their limited partnership interests in European Property Investors Special Opportunites 4 LP (the "Partnership") (including, in respect of Transferor 1, its capital contributions of €800, and in respect of Transferor 2, its capital contributions of €1,200) (the "Transfer Interests") to the following new limited partners of the Partnership in the following proportions:

a) NB RESOF II Holdings LP ("Transferee 1") - 90% of the Transfer Interests (including an aggregate capital contribution of €1,800);

b) NB Private Package LP ("Transferee 2") - 5% of the Transfer Interests (including an aggregate capital contribution of €100); and

c) NB Greencastle Athena Blocker Ltd ("Transferee 3") - 5% of the Transfer Interests (including an aggregate capital contribution of €100),

(Transferee 1, Transferee 2 and Transferee 3 together, the "Transferees" and each a "Transferee").

Consequently, with effect from the Effective Date, the Transferors ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership and each Transferee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
