Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Buyout (Non-U.S.) Core Fund III, L.P. transferred 100% of its interest in CCP IX LP NO.2, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP013153 (the “Partnership”), to SP State Acquisitions L.P. As a result of the transfer, SP State Acquisitions L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Buyout (Non-U.S.) Core Fund III, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
