Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Arcano Capital S.G.I.I.C S.A.U. acting for and on behalf of Arcano Capital X F.C.R. transferred 100% of its interest in EQT Mid Market Europe (No.1) Feeder Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL024031 (the “Partnership”), to Clipway 101 GP S.á r.l acting for and on behalf of Clipway 101 SCSp (72.2%) and Clipway SPV GP S.á r.l acting for and on behalf of CSF Co-Invest 2 SCSp (27.8%). As a result of such transfer, Clipway 101 GP S.á r.l acting for and on behalf of Clipway 101 SCSp (72.2%) and Clipway SPV GP S.á r.l acting for and on behalf of CSF Co-Invest 2 SCSp (27.8%) were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and Arcano Capital S.G.I.I.C S.A.U. acting for and on behalf of Arcano Capital X F.C.R ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
