Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 1 0 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from and including 31 December 2024, The Church Pension Fund (the "Departing Limited Partner") transferred to Strategic Partners IX Investments - C LP. (the "New Limited Partner") all of its interest held in Palamon European Equity II, L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010434 and that with effect from and including 31 December 2024, the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.
