Notice is hereby given that on 8th November 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Selkirk craving the Court inter alia that S&B CONTRACTS LTD, with its Registered Office at 19 Dingleton Road, Melrose, Scotland, TD6 9QS be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Selkirk by interlocutor dated 20th December 2024 ordained the said S&B CONTRACTS LTD and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Ettrick Terrace, Selkirk, TD7 4LE within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
