Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907:

On 1 October 2024, AltriumOne Assets Pte. Ltd., a limited partner in the Partnership ("Altrium"), transferred 100% of its right, title and interest in the Partnership to:-

(i) Clipway SPV GP S.a r.l., General Partner of Clipway 101 SCSp (78.3%) ("Clipway"); and

(ii) Clipway SPV S.a r.l., General Partner of CSF Co-Invest 1 SCSp (21.7%) ("CSF").

Consequently, on that date, Clipway and CSE were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and Altrium ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.

On 28 November 2024, due to a restructuring, the General Partner of Clipway, Clipway SPV GP S.a r.l., was replaced by Clipway 101 GP S.a r.l.

On 1 January 2025, Clipway transferred 56.58% of its right, title and interest in the Partnership to CSF.
