Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 1 January 2025 Coller Partners 715 LP Incorporated, a limited partner in the Partnership (the “Assignor”), transferred 39.66% of its right, title and interest in the Partnership to Partners Group Private Equity (Master Fund), LLC (“Assignee I”) and 60.34% to PG Pace Holdings 2024, LLC (“Assignee II”). Consequently, on that date, Assignee I and Assignee II were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and the Assignor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
