At a general meeting of the members of the above named company duly convened and held at 11 Green Ridge, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 5LT on 20 January 2025 the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan James Beard (IP No. 9552) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 26 Stroudley Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 4BH and Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD be and hereby are appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of the Liquidator from time to time."
