Pursuant to section 10 Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that on 14th November 2024 Vistra Trust Corporation (UK) Limited of Merchant Place Property Partnership 65 carrying on the business of property investment at 47 Park Lane, London, W1K 1PR transferred part of their interest (represented by a capital contribution of £40.00) to Heather Aston. Accordingly Vistra Trust Corporation (UK) Limited reduced its participation as a Limited Partner of Merchant Place Property Partnership 65 on 14th November 2024 and Heather Aston was admitted as a Limited Partner on the same date.
