(registered number LP016793), having its principal place of business at Cornwall House Blythe Gate, Blythe Valley Park, Solihull, West Midlands, B90 8AF (the “Partnership”), hereby gives notice pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that CPPIB Rei US Re-5, Inc. has transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in the Partnership to Goodman UK Partnership III GP LLP and has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership with effect from 21 January 2025.

With effect from 21 January 2025, Goodman UK Partnership III GP LP has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.

The Partnership is continued by the partners thereof.
