Please ensure your letter is received no later than two months from the date of this notice and that you provide full details of your claim (including your name, address, date of birth and National Insurance number) and any benefits you think you are entitled to.
The Trustees have insured the benefits of Scheme members by means of a bulk annuity purchase with Aviva Plc. After the two-month notice period expires, the Trustees will distribute the Scheme’s assets having regard only to claims, entitlements and interests for which they have prior written notice. They will not be liable in respect of any person whose claims have not been notified to them in writing.
If you already receive a pension from the Scheme, or have received announcements from the Trustees regarding the winding-up and transfer of the Scheme’s liabilities, you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details of your benefit entitlement.
Issued on behalf of the Trustees of the Quilter Cheviot Retirement Benefits Scheme
