Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the above-named Club will be held at the Linskill Centre, Linskill Terrace, Tynemouth, North Shields, NE30 2AY, 21 February 2025 at 12.00 noon for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolutions:

Special Resolution: “That the Club be wound up voluntarily"

Ordinary Resolutions: "That Emma Mifsud and Mark Nicholas Ranson both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Fourth Floor, One Park Row, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS1 5HN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the club." and "That any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidator may be done by any or both of the liquidators.”

Notes:

1. A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint another person or persons as his proxy to exercise all or any of his rights to attend, speak and vote instead of him and a proxy need not also be a member of the club. Please note that the original proxy signed by or on behalf of the member must be lodged.

2. To be valid for voting purposes proxies must be duly completed and lodged at the office of the Proposed Liquidators not later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting.
