Notice is hereby given that on 21 January 2025 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf of SIMPLE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC488544) and having its registered office address at 14 Carmyle Avenue, Glasgow G32 8HJ craving the Court inter alia to wind-up VGM1 LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC586200) and having its registered office at Room G2, 14 Carmyle Avenue, Glasgow G32 8HJ and appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff of by First Deliverance dated 31 January 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement all of which notice is hereby given.
