Notice is hereby given that on 14 January 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Asertis Limited having its registered office at 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester, M2 3AB craving the Court inter alia that RWJC Ltd having its registered office at 22 Milnpark Street, Glasgow, G41 1BB be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 30 January 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
