Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 (as amended), that the Trustee of the TM Pension Plan (the “Plan") is in the process of discharging the Plan funds as part of the Plan's winding-up.

The Trustee wishes to trace any person who is a former member of the Plan, as well as any other beneficiary or creditor or person having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, the assets of the Plan.

If you believe you are beneficially interested in such assets and have not already been contacted by the Trustee, please write to the Trustee at the address given below or by email to mccolls@weareigg.com with full details of your claim and any benefits to which you think you are entitled, as soon as possible, including your full name, address, date of birth, NI Number, dates of employment and copies of any relevant papers. This information must be received by the Trustee no later than 7 May 2025.

After 7 May 2025, the Trustee of the Plan will complete the wind-up the Plan and finalise the distribution of the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled to them. The Trustee will only have regard to the claims and entitlements of which they then have notice. The Trustee will not be liable to or in respect of any person whose claim, interest or entitlement under the Plan has not been notified to the Trustee by 7 May 2025.

If the Trustee has already been in contact with you in relation to the transfer of assets and liabilities from the Plan to the Safeway Pension Scheme or to the Aviva Master Trust, you do not need to reply to this notice as your interest has already been settled.
