Property: The Property situated at ALL THAT plot or parcel of land (being part of the glebe lands belonging to the Benefice of Knaresborough) situate on the Northerly side of and having a frontage of One hundred and sixty five feet to Hookstone Chase in the Borough of Harrogate in the County of York and bounded on all sides other than the South by other glebe lands of the said Benefice which said plot or parcel of land contains by admeasurement 2.9 acres or thereabouts and delineated with the dimensions, boundaries and abuttals thereof on the plan annexed to a Lease dated the 24th day of November 1964 and thereon coloured pink and surrounded by a red line being the land comprised in and demised by the above mentioned Lease
