Notice is given that the Trustees of the Restall Bros. Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (the “Scheme”) are proposing to distribute surplus assets before winding-up the Scheme.

Any creditor or beneficiary of the Scheme or any other person who believes they have a claim against or interest in the Scheme is requested to write to the Trustees (via Clumber Consultancy Ltd) of the Scheme at the following address:

Claimants should provide full particulars of their claim (including their name, address and date of birth and, if applicable, when they worked for Temple 2009 Limited, Restall Bros. Limited or Hunann Limited (or associated company)) before 1 May 2025. After that date, any surplus within the Scheme will be distributed and the Scheme will move towards winding up and the Trustees will have no liability to any person claiming an entitlement but who has failed to notify the Trustees before that date.
