The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Diversion of Highway (South West) (No.4) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up and diversion of an irregular shaped area of unrecorded footpath highway bounded by Wheatway, The Wheatridge East, Georgian Close and The Ash Path at Gloucestershire in the County of Gloucestershire. This is to enable development as permitted by Gloucestershire County Council, under reference 24/0033/GLR3MJ.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/5871). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Matson Library, 6 Winsley Road, Matson, Gloucester, GL4 6NG.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 05 March 2025.
