Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 April 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10 January 2025, I, Claire Lewis Bassett, 4 Vine Gardens Frome Somerset BA11 2LX, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Claire McKenzie Bassett and assumed the name of Claire Lewis Bassett.
