2. "That Daniel Shaun James (IP No: 26292) of Albert Goodman LLP, Goodwood House, Blackbrook Park Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2PX be appointed Liquidator of the Company."

3. That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie.
