Notice is hereby given, that the entire interest of Rolando Ercole Filippo Polli (“REFP”) in Ambienta II LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP015499 (the “Partnership”), has been transferred to each of Frida Eleonora Polli (“FEP”) and Niccolo Guiscardo Francesco Polli (“NGFP”) equally between them. REFP ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership. Each of FEP and NGFP were admitted as limited partners in the Partnership.
