Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Whitewood Media Village (UK) S.à r.l. has transferred on 27 December 2024 all of its interests in Whitewood Media Village Limited Partnership (a limited partnership registered in England with number LP016546) (the “Partnership”) to WCP Trustee 1 Limited and WCP Trustee 2 Limited as joint trustees of WCP Property Unit Trust as the new limited partner in the Partnership (the “Transfer”).

As a result of the Transfer, Whitewood Media Village (UK) S.à r.l. has subsequently ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
