THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.23) ORDER 2025
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
2. The general effect of the Orders would be in:
1. North End Crescent – installation of a single yellow line with no waiting restrictions on the southwest side of No. 32.
2. Rosedew Road – Revocation of double yellow line (no waiting restrictions) on the north side (side of 162-166 Fulham Palace Road) and replaced with a single yellow line.
3. Rowberry Close – Revocation of double yellow lines at the side of 145 and 147 Stevenage Road and replaced with a single yellow line.
4. Keynon Street – Revocation of single yellow line running in shared-use parking space outside 59-92.
5. Stevenage Road – Revocation of single yellow line outside No. 40 and replaced with a double yellow line.
6. Gliddon Road – Installation of double yellow lines on the east side; revocation of no loading restrictions from Baron Keep to Talgarth Road.
7. Stevenage Road 2– Revocation of part of shared-use parking space outside the southwest side of No. 8 and replaced with a double yellow line.
8. Stevenage Road 3 – Revocation of shared-use parking spaces on the east side from opposite 153 to the junction with Langthorne Street; installation of a double yellow line opposite 149-151; add shared-use parking spaces on either side.
9. Queensmill Road – Revocation zigzag line opposite 85-93; installation a double yellow line opposite 91-93; and add shared-use parking spaces on either side.
10. Rainville Road – Revocation of no waiting restrictions on the northeast side (side of 32 Wingrave Road); and extend shared-use parking bay up to cycle hire station.
11. Doneraille Street – Revocation of electric vehicle bay opposite No. 2 and replace it with shared-use parking.
12. Ellerby Street – Adjust shared-use parking spaces and double yellow lines on the northwest side to align with street markings.
13. Greswell Street – Adjust standard disabled bay 3.5m northeast; add shared-use parking space outside No. 16.
14. Woodlawn Road – Revocation of shared-use parking space on the west side (between Queensmill Road and Lysia Street); install a cycle hanger adjacent to an existing cycle hanger and a new shared-use parking space between the new cycle hanger and Lysia Street.
15. Bovingdon Road – Install disabled parking space outside No. 12.
16. Rostrevor Road – Install disabled parking space outside No. 67.
17. Pellant Road – Install disabled parking space outside No. 47.
18. Lakeside Road – Upgrade standard disabled bay to a personalised HF222 outside No. 84.
19. Bentworth Road – Remove personalised disabled bay HF084 outside No. 8.
20. Inglethorpe Street – Remove personalised disabled bay HF004 outside No. 8.
21. Bagley's Lane – Install Personalised Disabled Bay outside 70 Stanford Court.
22. Macfarlane Road – Install Personalised Disabled Bay opposite 87-101.
23. Stokenchurch Street – Install Personalised Disabled Bay outside 1A Stokenchurch Street.
24. Bentworth Road – Install Personalised Disabled Bay outside No. 71.
25. Ackmar Road – Install cycle hire station at the side of the school on Basuto Road.
26. Bishops Park Road – Install cycle hire station on the southwest side of Bishops Road at the junction of Stevenage Road.
27. Bramber Road – Install cycle hire station opposite No. 58.
28. Brompton Park / Seagrave Road – Install cycle hire station outside the southwest side of Brompton Crescent.
29. Bronsart Road – Install cycle hire station at the side of 253 Munster Road.
30. Doneraile Street – Install cycle hire station at the side of 526 Fulham Palace Road.
31. Dymock Street – Install cycle hire station at the side of 33 Hugon Road.
32. Edenvale Street – Install cycle hire station at the side of 74 Stephendale Road.
33. Filmer Road – Install cycle hire station outside No. 2.
34. Musgrave Crescent – Install cycle hire station opposite No. 13A on the southwest side of the road.
35. Pursers Cross Road – Install cycle hire station on the south side at the side of 46 Parsons Green Lane.
36. Seagrave Road 4 – Install cycle hire station on the southwest side outside No. 19.
37. Seagrave Road 5 – Install cycle hire station on the southwest side outside No. 67.
38. Shorrolds Road – Install cycle hire station at the side of 11 Hartismere Road on the southeast side.
39. To make further amendments to bring the Map-Based Orders in line with the on-street layout.
3. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.
4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.Orders@lbhf.gov.uk before the expiration of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published.
