"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Douglas John Pinteau (IP No. 19590) of WSM Marks Bloom LLP, 2nd Floor, Shaw House, 3 Tunsgate, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3QT and Richard Andrew Segal (IP No. 2685) of WSM Marks Bloom LLP, Unit 2, Spinnaker Court, 1C Becketts Place, Hampton Wick, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, KT1 4EQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of the liquidator from time to time."
