THE HACKNEY (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 2025

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce cycle hangars in the following locations;

Albion Drive Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 42 Albion Drive.
Blurton Road Replace 2.5 metres of cashless shared use bay outside No. 38 Blurton Road.
Colenso Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay at the side of No. 9 Saratoga Road in Colenso Road.
Elderfield Road Replace 2.5 metres of residents' parking outside No. 33 Elderfield Road.
Enfield Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside Allied Court, No. 25 Enfield Road.
Goulton Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 8 Goulton Road.
Greenwood Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 6 Greenwood Road.
Painsthorpe Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside. No. 11 Painsthorpe Road.
Powerscroft Road Replace 2.5 metres of residents' parking outside No. 59 Powerscroft Road.
Princess May Road (a) Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 47 Princess May Road.
(b) Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 77 Princess May Road.
Reighton Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 31 Reighton Road.
Rushmore Road Replace 2.5 metres of residents' parking outside No. 51 Rushmore Road.
Trehurst Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay at the side of No. 70 Ashenden Road in Trehurst Road.
Woodlea Road Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 17 Woodlea Road.

Plans of the proposed locations can be viewed here - https://hackney.traffweb.app/traffweb/2/PublicConsultation Documents giving more detailed particulars are also available for inspection by email request to consultation.parking@hackney.gov.uk. Alternatively, such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to consultation.parking@hackney.gov.uk within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
