WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS – BELGRAVE ROAD, HOUNSLOW

A. THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO.359) ORDER 2025

1. The London Borough of Hounslow hereby gives notice that, it made the above Orders on 26 March 2025 under sections 6, and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The Orders will come into operation on 28 April 2025.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:

a) Implement no waiting at any time restrictions in:

(i) Belgrave Road, Hounslow, east side, from the junction with Cambridge Road to a point 15.5 metres north-west of the northern building line of No. 1 Belgrave Road;

(ii) Belgrave Road, Hounslow, west side, from the junction with Cambridge Road to a point 6.5 metres north of the southern boundary of No. 41 Cambridge Road;

(iii) Cambridge Road, Hounslow, north side, from the junction with Wellington Road North to a point 4 metres east of the common boundary of Nos. 3 & 4 Toad Lane;

(iv) Cambridge Road, Hounslow, north side, from a point 3 metres west of the party wall of Nos. 33 & 35 Cambridge Road to a point 4 metres east of the party wall of Nos. 41 & 43 Cambridge Road;

(v) Cambridge Road, Hounslow, north side, from the party wall of Nos. 65 & 67 Cambridge Road to a point 3 metres east of the common boundary of Nos. 85 & 87 Cambridge Road;

(vi) Cambridge Road, Hounslow, north side, from a point 0.5 metres east of the party wall of Nos. 100 & 102 Cambridge Road to a point 8.5 metres west of the eastern boundary of Nos. 2-10 Selwyn Close;

(vii) Cambridge Road, Hounslow, north side, from a point 4 metres west of the western boundary of No. 132 Cambridge Road to a point 0.7 metres west of the party wall of Nos. 146 & 148 Cambridge Road;

(viii) Cambridge Road, Hounslow, north side, from a point 4.5 metres west of the common boundary of Nos. 117 & 119 Cambridge Road to the junction with Martindale Road;

(ix) Cambridge Road, Hounslow, south side, from the junction with Wellington Road North to the party wall of Nos. 38 & 40 Cambridge Road;

(x) Cambridge Road, Hounslow, south side, from a point 1 metre west of the party wall of Nos. 52 & 54 Cambridge Road to a point 1.5 metres east of the party wall of Nos. 66 & 68 Cambridge Road;

(xi) Bowness Drive, Hounslow, west side, from the junction with Cambridge Road to a point 3 metres north of the southern building line of No. 4 Bowness Drive;

(xii) Cranbrook Road, Hounslow, west side, from the junction with Cambridge Road to a point 9 metres south of the northern boundary of No. 64 Cambridge Road;

(xiii) Ashton Gardens, Hounslow, west side, from the junction with Cambridge Road to a point 1 metre north-west of the common boundary of Nos. 1 & 3 Ashton Gardens; &

(xiv) Selwyn Close, Hounslow, both sides, from the junction with Cambridge Road to its northernmost extent.

3. Documents giving further information of the Order can be viewed for a period of six weeks from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
