NOTICE OF FORFEITURE OF SEIZED CASH - PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 2002

(Regarding Notice ID 4813552 published on 14th February 2025)

For the attention of Mr Van Bac NGUYEN, who was stopped at Carlisle Railway Station on 11th December 2024 by British Transport Police.

I would like to inform you that the cash namely £6,445.00, which was seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 has been forfeited after a hearing at Birmingham Magistrates Court on 27th March 2025. Should you wish to contest this forfeiture you have 30 days to appeal in writing to Birmingham Crown Court.
