Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, as of 31 March 2025, ODDO BHF S.C.A. (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in BG II 'B' LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP021840, to ODDO BHF Asset Management SAS for and on behalf of FCPR ODDO BHF Global Private Equity which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
