Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that CPP Investment Board Private Holdings (2) Inc. (the “Transferor”) transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital IX Cyxtera AIV LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP017909 (the “Partnership”), to (i) Ares Landmark Private Markets Fund-D, LLC, (ii) Ares Secondaries Acquisition Vehicle 14 Plume LP, (iii) Flux Holdings 2025-1 LLC, (iv) ASIF Equity I LLC, and (v) Ivy Hill Equity I LLC (collectively, the “Transferees”) and as a result of such transfer, the Transferees were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
