Notice is hereby given that on 1st April 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh craving the Court inter alia that GROOVE JOINERY GROUP LTD, with its Registered Office at 19/2 Klondyke Street, Newcraighall, Musselburgh, EG21 8SQ be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 2nd April 2025 ordained the said GROOVE JOINERY GROUP LTD and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
