Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, in relation to Apax Europe VII-A, L.P. a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011814 (the “Partnership”), that:

1. Coller Partners 804 LP Inc. transferred 25% of its interest in the Partnership, including 25% of its capital contribution, to Ares Landmark Private Markets Fund-D, LLC;

2. Coller Partners 804 LP Inc. transferred 25% of its interest in the Partnership, including 25% of its capital contribution, to Ares Secondaries Acquisition Vehicle 11 Flux LP; and

3. Coller Partners 804 LP Inc. transferred 50 % of its interest in the Partnership, including 25% of its capital contribution, to Flux Holdings 2025-1 LLC.

As a result of such transfers, the following limited partners were admitted to the Partnership:

1. Ares Secondaries Acquisition Vehicle 11 Flux LP;

2. Flux Holdings 2025-1 LLC; and

3. Ares Landmark Private Markets Fund-D, LLC.

As a result of such transfers, the following ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership:

1. Coller Partners 804 LP Inc.
