Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that REP-1 Real Estate Portfolio Verwaltungs GmbH i.L and International Real Estate Portfolio 08/09 – FTL S.C.A., SICAR have transferred their respective interests in Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners III, L.P, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP013058 (the "Partnership"), to ACE Secondary Investments VII L.P. with effect from 31 March 2025. Accordingly REP-1 Real Estate Portfolio Verwaltungs GmbH i.L and International Real Estate Portfolio 08/09 – FTL S.C.A., SICAR have ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership and ACE Secondary Investments VII L.P. has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
