Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 January 2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 18 March 2025, I, Zachary Daniel Vogiatzis, 21 Alexandra Road, Prenton, Birkenhead, Merseyside CH43 4XX, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Zachary Daniel Smith and assumed the name of Zachary Daniel Vogiatzis.
