The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 and 333(7) of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No.14) Order 2024 Variation Order (No.6) 2025". This authorises the variation of The Diversion of Highway (West Midlands) (No.14) Order 2024 by extending the diverted route. This is to enable development as permitted by Telford and Wrekin Council, under reference TWC/2022/0547.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5958). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Admaston House Community Centre, Admaston House, Wellington Road, Admaston, Telford, TF5 0BN.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 28 April 2025.
