Welfare of Farmed Animals (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 2(1) of the Welfare of Animals Act 1972 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, made on Tuesday the 30th July 2002.

The Regulations will come into operation on 29th August 2002.
