Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 6th August 2003, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8th August 2003, as Stephanie Anne Waring, person having parental responsibility, on behalf of Karl Waring, a child, single and a Commonwealth Citizen abandoned the surname of Bingham and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Waring.
