Change of Name of a Child

Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 22nd July 2003, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland on the 7th day of October 2003, by Patricia McFaul as the person having parental responsibility on behalf of Shannon Teresa Convery, a child and a commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of McFaul and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Convery.
