Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 30th day of September 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 15th day of December 2003, Brian McLoughlin of 4 Camowen Terrace, Omagh in the County of Tyrone, single man, a Commonwealth Citizen abandoned the former name of Brian Oliver McBride and assumed the surname of Brian McLoughlin.
