Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 58 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held in the offices of Grant Thornton, Water’s Edge, Clarendon Dock, Belfast BT1 3BH, on Friday, 12th March 2004 at 11.00 am.

In order for creditors to be able to vote, details of their claim must be lodged at the offices of Grant Thornton not later than 12.00 noon on Thursday, 11th March 2004. In addition, any form of proxy must also be lodged prior to the meeting.

Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or be represented at the meeting. Creditors whose claims are partially secured should deduct the value of their security from their total claim and they will only be allowed to vote for the unsecured portion of their claim. Creditors should note that the joint administrative receivers can call for any document or other evidence to be produced to substantiate their claim.
