Development

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by paragraph 10 of Schedule 2 to the Agricultural Marketing Act (Northern Ireland) 1964, has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Seed Potatoes Marketing Assets (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004.

The Regulations were made on 27th February 2004 and come into operation on 29th March 2004.
