Change of Name of a Child

Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 22nd December 2003, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland on 28th January 2004, Donna Currie as having the parental responsibility on behalf of Shannon Suzanne Wylie, a child, single and a commonwealth citizen, abandoned the surname of Currie and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Wylie.
