Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 10th February 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland on 18th March 2004, Michelle Brown, as having the parental responsibility on behalf of Courtney Louise Brown, a child, single and a commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of Ryan and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Brown.
