The Industrial Pollution Control (Northern Ireland) Order 1997

Application for Authorisation

Lakeland Dairies (Omagh) Ltd has applied for an Authorisation from the Chief Inspector to operate a combustion process burning tallow at 46, Beltany Road, Omagh, BT78 5NF.

A copy of the application is available for public inspection free of charge at the following addresses:

Omagh District Council, Lisnamallard House, Old Mountfield Road, Omagh BT79 7EG

Written representations about the application may be sent to the Chief Inspector of the Industrial Pollution Inspectorate, Environment and Heritage Service, (address as above), within 42 days from 27th August 2004. All representations will be placed on the public register unless a representation contains a written request to the contrary. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been such a request.
