CHANGE OF NAME OF A CHILD

Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 5th August 2004 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland on 16th August 2004, Kieran McMahon, as having the parental responsibility on behalf of Niall Patrick McMahon, a child, single and a commonwealth citizen abandoned the surnamed of Doherty and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of McMahon.
