The Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/255(N.I.1))

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by paragraph 1(1) of the Schedule to the Northern Ireland Act 2000 (c.1) (as modified by section 324 of the Pensions Act 2004) Her Majesty has made the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005. This Order makes provision relating to pensions and financial planning for retirement.
