Notice is hereby given that I JENNIFER WATSON of Shalom, 7 Mallard View, Newtownards County Down BT23 4FB, a married woman formerly called and known by the name of “Agnes Jeannie Watson” a Commonwealth citizen give public notice that on the 11th day of January 2005 I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my first name “Agnes Jeannie” and assumed and adopted in place thereof the first name of “Jennifer” and further that such change of name is evidenced by a Deed Poll dated 11th January 2005 under my hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the central office of the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland on the 28th day of January 2005.
