Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 16th day of March 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the l0th day of May 2006 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Karen Louise Heron a child, single and a Commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of Donnelly and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Heron
